Delivery Times

Undeliverable Items

If the customer's location is not within our shipping routes, they will be notified within 7 days of placing the order. Customers can then choose to either keep the order and pick it up at a designated pickup location or cancel the order for a full refund.

Lost Shipments

A replacement will be processed as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel your order, you need to notify us prior to the dispatch of the replacement.
