Burning Instructions:
- In windless conditions, the candle burns cleanly (as shown in Figure 1).
- A candle burned near an air outlet or in a draft may produce black smoke due to incomplete combustion (as shown in Figure 2), which is a normal phenomenon and not a defect.
Storage and Maintenance:
- Store in a cool, dark, and dry place to prevent melting and preserve fragrance quality.
- Trim the wick to 5-8mm before lighting.
- For the first use, allow the candle to burn for 2-3 hours to ensure an even melt and prevent tunneling.
Increasing Burn Time:
- Regularly trim the wick to maintain 5-8mm length for an even burn.
- Avoid drafty areas to enhance longevity and performance.
Extinguishing Tips:
- Avoid blowing out the candle directly to prevent smoke and potential damage.
- Use a wick dipper or snuffer to extinguish the candle.
- Cease use when only 2cm of the candle remains.
Candle Safety:
- Never leave a lit candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets for safety.

Before procurement process starts (typically a few hours after you placed your order) — yes, simply email us. Once in production, materials and labour are already committed to your piece, so changes aren’t possible

Yes. If you opt to use BNPL, your plan starts at checkout — no deposit, no second charge later. We’ll handle updates from production to delivery.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email/SMS updates at every stage (production, shipment, arrival in NSW, delivery booking). You can also check status anytime via your Order Lookup page.
Do you deliver to multi-storey buildings or tricky access locations?
Yes—tell us in advance so we can allocate the right crew/equipment, note stairs/elevator sizes, parking, etc. Inside/white-glove may incur a fee and must be arranged before dispatch; standard is kerbside.
